02 / Our story

CIENCE started.

The first client was his own: a regulated financial services product that needed enterprise pipeline, sold to clients like Walmart, Western Union, MoneyGram, Amex, and Amazon. Booking those meetings took headsets, lists, and people, shaped by two decades of building GTM and distribution for startups. In 2018 Thomas moved on to build other companies. The CIENCE team kept running the motion, and kept labeling every outcome.

2016 to 2024

CIENCE grows into one of the largest outsourced SDR providers: over 1,000 SDRs working 2,500+ clients across 250+ industries. Outcomes logged and labeled across millions of calls, emails, and meetings. Buyers rated the work 4.8 on average across 8 review platforms.
